k-Crowd Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") recognizes the importance of protecting our customers' personal information, and will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information Protection Act") and strive to handle and protect such information appropriately in accordance with the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Privacy Policy").

5. Appropriate Acquisition of Personal Information
We will acquire personal information fairly and will not acquire it through false pretenses or other illegal means.
6. Safety Management of Personal Information
We provide necessary and appropriate supervision to our employees to ensure the safe management of personal information against risks such as loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage. In addition, when we outsource all or part of the handling of personal information, we provide necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure the safe management of personal information at the outsourced party.
7. Provision to Third Parties
We will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the customer, except when disclosure is permitted under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations. However, the following cases do not fall under the provision to third parties as specified above.
(1) When the Company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information to a third party within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
(2) When personal information is provided in connection with business succession due to a merger or other reasons.
(3) When shared use is made pursuant to the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act
8. Joint Use of Personal Information
(1) We will share personal information with our affiliated companies. Our current affiliated companies are listed below.
Paypal, Stripe Inc.(2) The information to be jointly used will be name, address, telephone number, email address, age, gender, product purchase and sales history, and other personal information obtained by our company from customers.
(3) The purpose of joint use is the same as that described in Section 2.
(4) The person responsible for managing personal information to be jointly used will be k-Crowd Co., Ltd.
9. Disclosure of Personal Information
When a customer requests disclosure of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, we will disclose the information to the customer without delay after confirming that the request is from the customer himself (if the personal information in question does not exist, we will notify the customer to that effect). However, this does not apply when the company is not obligated to disclose the information under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.
10. Correction of personal information
If the customer requests that the Company correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Corrections, etc.") the contents of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act because the personal information is not true, the Company will confirm that the request is from the customer himself/herself, conduct the necessary investigation without delay within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, and based on the results of the investigation, correct the contents of the personal information and notify the customer to that effect (if it decides not to make Corrections, etc., the Company will notify the customer to that effect). However, this does not apply if the Company is not obligated to make Corrections, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.
11. Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.
If the Company receives a request from a customer to suspend or delete (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") the use of the customer's personal information pursuant to the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use previously announced or that the information was obtained by false or other wrongful means, and if it is found that the request is justified, the Company will suspend the use of the personal information without delay after confirming that the request is made by the customer himself/herself, and notify the customer to that effect. However, this does not apply if the Company is not obligated to suspend the use, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.
12. Use of Cookies and Other Technologies
Our services may use cookies and similar technologies. These technologies help us understand how our services are being used and contribute to improving our services. Users who wish to disable cookies can do so by changing the settings in their web browser. However, disabling cookies may prevent you from using some of the functions of our services.
